Global Tournament Rules:

  • All tournament games are 25 minutes running clock with no timeouts.
  • Players are only eligible to play on one team (unless previously cleared by Tournament Director).
  • Spectators will observe games from opposite side of team benches. Coaches are responsible for informing spectators.
  • The home team will be the first team listed on the game schedule and should wear light jerseys.
  • Please remind coaches, parents and players to do their part in making this a FUN and POSITIVE experience for all involved!
  • RESPECT THE GAME!  RESPECT THE OFFICIALS!  RESPECT THE OPPONENT!

  • If a shot is unsuccessful, reenters the field of play and is recovered by the shooting team, it is still “hot” and the pass requirement does not reset.

  • Shots - No rolling the ball under the blocker.  It must be a legitimate shot (i.e. bounce shot) if scored under blocker.  Discretion is left to officials.
  • Offensive 3 Seconds - If defense has held the ball carrier in good position for 3 seconds (and could attempt to get the ball if checks were permitted), she will be rewarded the ball.

  • If an offensive team shoots prior to completing the pass requirement and the ball either goes into the goal or hits the blocker and remains in the goal circle, the goal is waived off (if necessary) and possession is awarded to the goalie or the defense adjacent to the goal circle (when using shot blocker).
