BLACKHAWK LACROSSE REFUND POLICY

• Refunds: Players wishing to unregister from a program may do so until the close of the registration period.  In such instances, Blackhawk Lacrosse will issue a refund in the amount of the program in question less a $25 administrative fee.  No refunds will be issued after the close of the registration period except in the case of an early-season injury or other special circumstance.  In such cases, the issuance of any refund, and the amount thereof, shall be determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Blackhawk Lacrosse.
• Refunds – Add-on Purchases:  In the case of an add-on purchase not included in the base program cost, such as a jersey or a pair of shorts, a player receiving a refund under the special circumstances exception is entitled to a refund of the add-on purchase price if and only if the purchased item has not yet been ordered by the Club.  If the item has been ordered by the Club prior to the refund request, the player will receive the purchased item.
• Returned Check Fee:  Blackhawk Lacrosse will charge a $30 for any check returned by the bank for insufficient funds.
