The 2026 FALL Season Registration Is Now OPEN!
The 2026 Season will run from Week of 23 August 2026 and conclude on 17 October 2026.
All practices and home games are played at Hanover Courthouse Park (7232 Courtland Farm Rd, Hanover, VA 23069)
We have the following offerings:
Girls Programs
For the Fall 2026 offering for our Girls, the primary day is Sundays. Each Sunday will be half practice and half internal game. The internal game will be refereed by real officials. For the Fall 2026, we are please to offer weeknight clinics (date TBD) for the Girls 3rd Grade through 8th Grade. This is a new offering, so we are still fine tuning best nights of week for additional clinics. For our High School Girls League, this will be officiated games only. In our Fall Season, we also offer Beginners Clinics for Grades 5th and Up for Girls entering Lacrosse. The Clinics are divided as: 5th-7th as a catch up prep to being competitive play in the Spring and 8th-12th as preparatory for those newcomers interested in trying out for their high school teams. Our registration fees are as follows:
Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd Grade
Registration: $95; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $75 If Registered Before 10 August 2026
3rd & 4th Grade
Registration: $119; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $99 If Registered Before 10 August 2026
5th & 6th Grade
Registration: $119; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $99 If Registered Before 10 August 2026
7th & 8th Grade
Registration: $119; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $99 If Registered Before 10 August 2026
For Girls Programs K through 8th Grade: Blackhawk, Powhatan, and Chesterfield Lacrosse are still planning for the now Annual Harvest Moon Classic event, which is a competitive play day amongst the different organizations. This event will likely take place on the final Saturday of our season and will be in lieu of the final Sunday practice.

High School Girls League
Our High School League will either be formatted as 12 v 12 or 8 v 8; High School games be officiated by 2 certified USA Lacrosse Adult Referees.
Registration: $124; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $104 If Registered Before 10 August 2026
Beginners Clinics: 5th-7th and 8th-12th
These are 2 separate groups: 5th through 7th in 1 Group; 8th-12th in 1 Group
Registration: $95; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $75 If Registered Before 10 August 2026

Registration will Close on 22 August 2026; Registration requires a valid USA Lacrosse membership through 31 October 2026; A Youth Membership is $35 and is valid for 1 calendar year for from registration.
Boys Programs
For the Fall 2026 offering for our Boys, there will be one weeknight practice and competitive Saturday game per week. Blackhawk Boys will play local area teams, refereed by certified officials. All Boys programs require the full set of pads and helmet. If you are brand new to lacrosse, we offer a discount for first time players in our registration to help offset the cost of the pads. 1st & 2nd Grade - 5 v 5 Format
Registration: $160; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $140 If Registered Before 10 AUGUST 2026
3rd & 4th Grade - Full Field 8 v 8 Format
Registration: $160; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $140 If Registered Before 10 AUGUST 2026
5th & 6th Grade - Full Field 10 v 10 Format
Registration: $160; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $140 If Registered Before 14 FEBRUARY 2026
7th & 8th Grade - Full Field 10 v 10 Format
Registration: $160; EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $140 If Registered Before 14 FEBRUARY 2026
